A. E-VOUCHER FROM SHORT CODE (USSD)

Ghanaian and Non-Ghanaian Applicants can apply by following the steps below:

Instructions for USSD Short Code

1. Dial the USSD Short Code: *887*9# on your phone.
2. Enter GNATIRIRS as the name or alias of the university.
3. Select the form you want to purchase.
4. Wait for the prompt to approve the payment.
5. Enter pin to approve payment.
6. For MTN Users only: If the prompt was not received, dial *170#, select “My Approvals” and authorize the payment.
7. An SMS will be received after successful payment with the voucher details.

 

Pin Retrieval (In case voucher message is not received after payment)

1. Dial *887*9#.
2. Select the option to view History.

 

Step 2: Verification of Vouchers and Filling of Online Application Forms

1. Click on “Apply Now” to verify your e-voucher and access the specific form you bought the voucher for.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Log on to the online Admissions System by clicking “Apply Now” or “Click here” above.
2. Enter the PIN on the e-Voucher you purchased to be verified by the system to fill the form.
3. Complete the form online either at a sitting or in stages at your own convenience by clicking on “save and continue” to acquire your progress ID.
4. Attach all the required documents to your application.
5. Save and preview your application form to ensure that every data provided is correct.
6. If satisfied with your preview, kindly submit the form.
7. An email will be sent to you and your selected referees.
