Welcome message and orientation summary
The management, faculty and staff of GNAT Institute for Research and Industrial Relations Studies warmly welcome our first batch of post graduate students to the start of the 2025/2026 academic year. University leaders, academic departments, and student services joined together to greet the students with an opening address that highlighted our mission, core values, and the support systems available to help each student thrive academically, socially, and professionally.
What happened during orientation
- Senior management and department heads delivered keynote remarks outlining academic expectations, programme structures, and key milestones.
- Academic registrars and programme coordinators explained enrollment procedures, timetabling, assessment policies, and examination regulations.
- Research, Library and learning‑technology staff demonstrated digital resources, research support, and platforms used for teaching and assessment.
- Facilities manager gave safety briefings, access information, and guidance on campus services (health, transport, accommodation).

Staff encouraged new students to engage actively, seek support early, and make full use of campus resources to build a successful and balanced university experience.
