Dr E. O. Agyenim-Boateng

Dr. Emmanuel Oheneba Agyenim-Boateng

Dr. Emmanuel Oheneba Agyenim-Boateng has forty-four years working experience in Education and over two decades’ experience as a Professional Human Resource Management and Development Practitioner.

He is a Human Resource Management and Development Consultant and currently, the Registrar of the GNAT Institute for Research and Industrial Relations Studies (GNAT-IRIRS). Before joining GNAT Institute for Research and Industrial Relations Studies, Dr. Agyenim-Boateng, worked as the Acting Registrar of the Presbyterian University, Ghana. He has also worked as a Deputy Registrar, Human Resource for the University of Cape Coast and University of Education, Winneba (Kumasi Campus) now Akenten Appiah-Menkah University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED).

Dr. Agyenim-Boateng is a Member of the Development Studies Association, UK; a Member of Association of Commonwealth Universities’ HRM; and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), Ghana.

He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management and Postgraduate Diploma in Research Methods from the University of Bradford, UK and an MPhil in Educational Administration from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

His research interests are in Organizational Development, Employee Appraisal, Employee Development, Employee Motivation, Organizational and Employee Needs Assessment and Research Methodology. 

He has a number of publications to his credit including books on Human Resource Management, Administration and Management, Statistics and International Human and International Human Resource Management.
