The Institute currently has the main campus sitting on a 33-acre land located at Abankro in the Ejisu Municipal Assembly with a serene and exciting environment. The ambience and calmness of the environment provides the right conditions for critical and analytical academic and research work.

The Symbols

The Red Circle with the Name of the Institute
It is a symbol of the Globe. In essence, the Institute and its areas of study are not restricted to a specific geographical location as indicated in the Vision Statement. The Globe is also an indication of the impact of globalisation on industrial relations.
It is an abstract form of an open-book serving as a symbol of education. One of the Core Values of the Institute is Excellence which would be attained through knowledge production via research and intellectual stimulation.
It represents industrial relations signifying a harmonious and productive relationship between employers and employees. It mainly signifies industrial harmony.
The handheld torch with a flaming light is an indication that the impact of the Institute should be seen, felt and experienced by all stakeholders within the education and industrial relations environment
It is a symbol of research which represents a controlled environment where the scientist rules. The Institute seeks to produce graduates equipped with the relevant Art, Science and Skills (ASS)
